This notice explains how Solaride processes users’ (hereinafter “you”) personal data in relation to the Solaride contact form and newsletter. Additionally, we process personal data when you respond to our recruitment postings on our website or social media.

Processed personal data

We collect your name, e-mail address, and submitted question or description. We ask you not to include any excessive personal information through the contact form.

We also collect your name, e-mail, LinkedIn URL, and CV when you send a job application to Solaride.

Purposes of personal data processing

We will use the contact information and text submission provided in the contact form to enable us to respond to your queries. We may also send you our updates, news, or other content related to Solaride. During the recruitment process, we review your LinkedIn profile and CV you have provided to select possible candidates. We will use your contact information to get in touch with you.

Legal basis

The processing is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. The legal basis to send you our newsletter is consent.

Storage of personal data

We have taken necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and against the unauthorized disclosure, abuse, or other processing in violation of applicable law. The information you provide is stored on our own or one of our business partners’ secure servers within the EU.


Typically, we store users’ personal data for 1 year after you make a query through our website. We erase personal data after the above-described storage period or when you request us to erase your personal data. In the event of a dispute, the personal data will be retained until an agreement is reached or until the due date for the claim expires.

We the right to retain job applicants’ personal data for up to 1 year after filling the corresponding job position.
