In the next ten years, 2/3 of the next generation of engineers in the manufacturing industry will be missing in Estonia, and we give a damn about it.
Unfortunately, the Estonian media does not sufficiently support the entry of young people, including women, into the field of technology. That's what we're here for. Today, the crazy idea to build a solar car has grown into an interdisciplinary educational and cooperation project, which main focus is on the development of future talents and the popularization of technology education. More than 300 high school students, undergraduates, mentors, trainers and cooperation partners are involved in the project.
How are we going to do this? By building a solar car, of course!
“Solaride Academy inspires young people, and this project will enlighten the next engineers, inventors, entrepreneurs and world-changers.”
